How much will delivery cost?

Delivery is £1.95 per order within the United Kingdom and FREE of charge for all orders over £50. Optional next day delivery is available on most products for UK orders at £3.95.

How long does delivery take?

We work with a number of different carriers in order to offer standard delivery in 2 to 3 working days, although during busy periods it can take longer. We are also able to offer delivery on the next working day on most products providing your order is placed prior to 3PM (Mon - Thursday) and 12PM Noon (Friday).

Orders placed after the specified times or on a weekend will be shipped the next working day.

Will I be kept updated on my order's progress?

Yes!!! After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email stating 'Thank you for your order....'. This will be sent immediately after you place your order, if you do not receive an email please ensure to check your spam folder, if it is not there either then please contact us.

We will then send you an email when your order has been despatched (usually same or next working day), stating 'Your order has been despatched'.

Can I send my purchase to another person as a gift?

Yes, sending a gift is easy and free-of-charge! During checkout, you can enter the address for the invoice and a different delivery address for the gift to be sent to.

What packaging will my order be delivered in?

As well as any product packaging, all of our orders are sent out in a minimum of either protective bubble wrap bags or safe cardboard boxes.

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your order, simply return it to us, in the same condition as it was sent and with the same quality of packaging, within 18 days of receipt and we will exchange or refund it in full. Please ask for recorded delivery postage/shipping when returning the item(s).

Have you received my returned items?

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive an email within 5 working days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with our Customer Services team and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Please give us the recorded delivery reference number when you contact us.

How do I order?

As you browse the site simply add items you wish to purchase by clicking "Add to Bag" button, found next to every product on the site. Adding to your bagdoes not mean you are obliged to buy. When you are finished browsing, click on the "Checkout" button in the top right corner of the website. You can then review your order and if you choose, proceed to pay for the items using our secure checkout process.

How do I know it is safe to order from this site?

All personal information that you enter into this site is fully encrypted during transmission so that your details are unreadable if intercepted. Furthermore your credit card details are entered into Shopify's secure servers. Alternatively, if you have a PayPal account and would prefer to use, we have also included these safe and easy options for your convenience.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (as well as PayPal, ApplePay and Google Pay) through our secure transaction process found at the end of our checkout pages. All payments are processed in GBP. International credit card providers (excluding countries of the currencies already mentioned) will determine the exchange rate, and may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.

Can I phone through my order?

Yes. Please call our Customer Services team and a member of the team will take your order and payment details. Please click here for the telephone number. If lines are busy please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Do the prices listed include VAT?

Yes. All of our product prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. For customers who wish to claim back VAT on orders outside of the EU, please be aware that unfortunately we do not refund on any VAT requests.
