Simon Carter was established in 1985. The company began selling pewter brooches and other pieces of men’s jewellery but really found its niche when it began selling cufflinks and watches in the late 1980's. Simon Carter introduced fresh and exciting cufflink designs and revolutionised the men's accessories market, which had long been stagnant. The cufflinks were a hit and the business began to grow.
In the later part of the 90's saw Simon Carter continue to consolidate its position as the leading brand of cufflinks in the UK. He became known for his variety of designs, many of which encompass humour and irony. Frequently referred to as the `King Of Cufflinks', Simon Carter fashion designs continue to lead the market today.
