Men’s Skincare
KJ Beckett recommends three stages in men’s facial care: 1. Clean your face with soap; 2. Exfoliate your face; 3. Moisturise your face. These 3 steps will help keep male skin looking clean, healthy and youthful. This advice also plays a major part in getting the perfect shave with no nicks, cuts or soreness.
Facial Washes
It is important to keep male skin clean with a non-drying facial wash. Use at least once (but preferably twice) a day to remove excess oil and skin debris for a brighter, clearer complexion.
Removing the aforementioned oil and dirt from the face assists in getting a closer shave. Therefore KJ Beckett recommends using a face wash before you shave.
Facial Scrubs
Keep your face smooth and free from blockages with a facial scrub for men. Exfoliating particles remove ageing dead skin cells and excess oils that clog the pores. Used regularly, facial scrubs also assist in reducing ingrowing hairs and shaving bumps.
As with facial washes, exfoliators assist in obtaining a closer shave by removing waste from skin’s surface that prevents the razor from making perfect contact with your face. Therefore KJ Beckett recommends using a face scrub before you shave.
Skin Toners for Men
A toner will reduce excess oil, assist in closing facial pores and freshen the skin. Use directly after your facial wash or any time of day to remove excess oil and shine.
Moisturiser for Men
KJ Beckett recommends men use moisturisers to protect and hydrate skin on a daily basis. Keep your face looking great with products that protect, nourish and rejuvenate. For oily skin apply an oil-free moisturiser to re-hydrate and protect your face without overloading it with oil.
