1. What do your prices include?

All prices on this site are in UK pounds sterling and are inclusive of any taxes. Furthermore all prices include delivery within the UK.

Ordering and Payment


1. How do I order?

As you browse the site simply add items you wish to purchase by clicking Add to Basket button, found next to every product on the site.
Adding to you Bag does not mean you are obliged to buy.

When you are finished browsing, click on the Checkout button. You can then review your order and if you choose, proceed to pay for the items.

2. How do I pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure transaction process found at the end of our checkout pages.

3. How do I know it is safe to order from this site?

All financial information that you enter into this site is fully encrypted during transmission so that your credit card details are unreadable if intercepted. Furthermore your details are sent to WorldPay (part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group) who process your card transaction on our behalf.

If you have a PayPal account and would prefer to use this, KJ Beckett have also included this safe and easy option for your convenience.

4. Can I phone through my order?

Yes. Please call our customer services line on freephone 0800 0936495 and a member of the team will take your order and card details. If lines are busy please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

5. How do I know if my product is in stock?

We do not display items for sale on this website that are not in stock. Therefore you can be confident that you will receive your order as quickly as possible.

6. What information do you require from me?

As with all online shopping KJ Beckett require the following information to fulfil an order that you want posted to yourself:
  • Complete name (first name and surname)
  • Card holders Address>
  • Address to which the order is to be posted (which can be different to the card holders address)
  • Post Code
  • Telephone number
  • E-mail address
  • A valid method of payment
7. How do I know if you have received my order?

After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with the subject 'Thank you for your order at KJ Beckett'. This will be sent within a maximum of 24 hours after you place your order, but will most likely be sent on the same day.

Delivery and Returns


1. How much will delivery cost?

Delivery is FREE of charge within the United Kingdom. Optional next day delivery is available on UK all orders at low cost.

2. When will I receive my order?

If ordered before 9pm (21:00hrs) GMT, your order will be dispatched on the next working day by priority mail.

3. Will I be kept updated on my order's progress?

Yes! After you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email stating 'Thank you for your order at KJ Beckett'. This will be sent within a maximum of 24 hours after you place your order, but will most likely be sent on the same day.

We will then send you an email when your order has been despatched, stating 'Your order at KJ Beckett has been despatched'.

4. What is the order deadline for XMAS delivery?

Order by Monday 21st Dec (1pm GMT) for Christmas delivery in the UK using our FREE service. Alternatively, order by 22nd Dec (1pm GMT) and choose a next day delivery option for guaranteed Christmas delivery. For guaranteed Christmas delivery to USA and Europe order by 9th (1pm GMT). For all other overseas locations, order by 7th December (1pm GMT).

5. What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with the gift, simply return it to us, in the same condition as sent and with the same quality of packaging, within 18 days of receipt and we will exchange or refund it in full. Please ask for recorded delivery postage at your Post Office when returning the item.

6. Can I send my purchase to another person as a gift?

Yes, sending a gift is easy and free-of-charge!

During checkout you can enter your address for the invoice and a different delivery address for the gift to be sent to.

All items purchased from KJ Beckett will arrive presented in the original designer's box (if applicable) and stylish KJ Beckett outer packaging.

1. Are all the items sold by KJ Beckett authentic?

Absolutely!

All merchandise sold by KJ Beckett come from the most respected designers and manufacturers around the world and are guaranteed to be authentic and first quality.

We provide assurances of this to you by running a no quibble 18-day returns policy for your peace of mind.

2. Can I see enlarged versions of all the product images?

Yes, you can click on any of the product images throughout the store to see an enlarged version. The bigger picture will also have the price listed and a button for you to add to your basket.

Furthermore each product has a Product Detail Sheet offering even more information!

3. Why does each product have a Product Detail Sheet?

A Product Detail Sheet can be found with every product on the site. The sheet contains further information regarding the product.

You will find additional images (including close-ups) and written information such as sizes and type of material.

4. Is KJ Beckett a discount designer store?

No.

KJ Beckett is NOT a discount designer store, however we do aim to provide excellent value for money by trying to keep our costs low, and pass these savings onto you, our customer.

5. Does KJ Beckett have a showroom where I can view products?

Yes, visit our flagship store at Temple Court, Keynsham to see a stunning range of designer accessories and other gifts for men.
